Smart India Hackathon- 2017

The All India Council For Technical Education (AICTE) regional office in the capital will organise a one-day workshop here on Saturday in connection with ‘Smart India Hackathon 2017’, touted to be the world’s biggest digital movement. The workshop will be held at the Diamond Jubilee Hall, College of Engineering, Trivandrum (CET) Campus from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm. AICTE Regional Officer Manpreet Singh Manna and Organising Committee Secretary of ‘Smart India Hackathon 2017’ Abhay Jere will lead the workshop.

The aim of the workshop is to create awareness among the technology students especially from Information Technology (IT) and Electronics field to motivate them for their active participation in world’s largest Hackathon which will be organized in Feb-March 2017.Colleges will nominate a minimum of two faculty members who are actively involved in the activities relating to coding and software development, for the workshop.

These faculty members will further disseminate the awareness about workshop in their respective institutions.
